OperaDelaware offers two unique spaces for event rentals: The Ethel L. Sayre Recital Hall and The Presser Black Box Theater. Click on the following links to receive more information about each venue. Fill out the form below to submit a rental inquiry.

RULES & FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Is there an on-site kitchen? Yes, there is a kitchen available with access to a sink, microwave, fridge/freezer. Please note that there is no oven, stove, or ice machine.

Can I tour the spaces? Yes! Appointments are available Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. A representative will contact you about scheduling a tour upon receipt of a Rental Inquiry Form, or a request via phone/email.

What dates/times are available for booking? The Presser Black Box Theater and The Ethel L. Sayre Recital Hall Studio are available for rent at limited times during the year. Please fill out the form above with your desired date and an alternate and will contact you about availability.

Do you require a deposit? A deposit of 25% of the room charge is due at the time a contract is signed. We require a credit card for deposit. The full fee will be charged on the final weekday before the event, and the deposit will be returned the week following the event (minus any accrued charges).

How does pricing work? We typically have a hourly rental fee, an hourly security fee (for a member of our staff to be present), and additional fees for extras. Click the links for the individual spaces above for more info.
