Tenor JACK SWANSON and pianist RODERICK PHIPPS-KETTLEWELL present Songs of Love and Loss, a soul-stirring virtual recital featuring music by Grieg, Puccini, Rossini, and more.
Recorded at the historic Triune Masonic Temple in St. Paul, Minnesota, Swanson takes you on an emotional musical journey, from the lyrical highs of Schumann’s passionate Dichterliebe to Bernstein’s bittersweet “It Must Be So” (Candide) and Weatherly’s beloved “Danny Boy”. This cinematic and masterfully-performed program fulfills opera lovers’ craving for an authentic concert experience but from the comfort and safety of home.
Join us after the recital for a Q&A with Jack Swanson.
