Service Provider is a witty, contemporary comic opera by Christopher Weiss and John de los Santos sung in English. When a married couple sits down for a romantic dinner, things take a hilarious turn with the surprise arrival of the husband’s mistress. Fast-paced, sharply written, and hilariously relatable, this bite-sized drama is a modern take on timeless relationship chaos.
After intermission, buckle up for Pagliacci—Leoncavallo’s searing classic Italian verismo opera of jealousy, betrayal, and heartbreak. Presented in an innovative piano reduction, this raw and riveting second act delivers all the emotional power of a full-scale production, with every note and nuance felt up close.
